ADDING A PROPERTY FOR SALE, LEASE OR RENT

1. Click on REGISTER/LOGIN and fill in your information to create a new account.
2. LOGIN to your account.
3. Click on SUBMIT PROPERTY or (+) on handheld devices and fill in the details for the property you have for sale, rent or lease on the listing page.
4. Add pictures at the bottom of the property listing page.
5. Push SAVE

SEARCHING FOR YOUR PERFECT PROPERTY

1. Push SEARCH PROPERTIES at the top of the front page.
2. Add search detail to the search form on the front page. You can search for key words like: Waterfront, Beach, Condo etc.. You can also search by Purpose (ie. Sale, Rent), Categories (ie. Single Family, Condo , Commercial etc), Location (ie. Houston, Hawaii, Costa Rica etc.)
3. Push SEARCH PROPERTY at the bottom of the search properties page.
4. Once you have found your perfect property, you can REGISTER and create a free account, LOGIN, save properties to your favorites page by pushing ADD TO FAVORITES or ADD FOR COMPARISON.
5. You can also push on a specific property to see more detail and find the private seller or listing real estate agent contact information.
